Tracey Langton
Tracey’s journey in the care industry began at the age of 14, working in the kitchen of a small care home where her mother was the cook. By the age of 16, she had completed her Youth Training Scheme (YTS) in community care, gaining fundamental skills that set the foundation for her career.
After taking 17 years off to get married and raise her two children, she returned to the care industry in 2009 with a renewed passion. By 2011, she had completed her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, further enhancing her skills and knowledge.
In 2016, she achieved her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, which prepared Tracey for her first Registered Manager position the same year. Since then, she has been dedicated to building strong, compassionate relationships within her professional life.
Tracey is particularly passionate about dementia care and strives to provide the highest quality of life for the residents she cares for. Her commitment to kindness and hard work drives her to ensure that every resident receives the best care possible.
